I called attorney Chambers about a medical issue I was having. I was curious to know if I had a malpractice lawsuit or not. The time he took out of his day, the way he explained everything to me, how polite and engaging he was, was just off the charts. Even though it was not a case he could take, he still took the time to break everything down for me and explain things to me in a way that I understood. I thank him for that and would definitely recommend him to anyone out everyone.

Highly unprofessional. I was searching google for an attorney and came across Chambers who seemed to have good reviews. I called the number listed and explained my reason for calling to the woman that answered. She took my name, number, email address and said one moment I will transfer you and immediately put me on hold. She never told me who she was transferring me to, I assumed it was going to be a paralegal. Within about 30 seconds a man picks up and mumbles hello, at least I think it was hello, I could barely understand him. I was thrown off, had no idea who this person was and said yes hi, I was transferred to you. He says something, again he is mumbling but it sounded like just a few words. I asked who is this? He again mumbles something. I feel extremely uncomfortable and hang up. I had no idea who was on the other line and I could not understand a word they were saying due to their mumbling. I then get a call back in less than a minute, I pick up, say hello, and the person on the other end, now clearly, says in a hostile tone This is attorney chambers, you called me and then you hung up on me I explain to him that I was blindly transferred to him, had no idea who he was as he didnt address himself and I didnt feel comfortable continuing a call like that. He then exclaims you call me on a Sunday and then you hang up on me! I said well attorney chambers, you enjoy your Sunday and hung up. Highly unprofessional, I would not recommend reaching out to them for a sensitive legal matter. * Edit after response: Attorney Chambers, please release the recording of the calls then. Most of what you said in your response is a flat out lie. Also please stop calling me, sending me texts, and leaving me voicemails.
