I am very sorry that you had a bad experience with JAH. We complete taxes the day they get brought to us. Once it is Filed and Accepted, we have done our part. Unfortunately many people this year are having issues with their returns due to the State and forces out of our control. (For example: I did my taxes correctly and filed on the first day but I myself have yet to receive my state return too.) I wish there was more I could do for you in that regard but that is out of our control. As for the Hold Time, we give our customers our undivided attention which means when we are with you, we are WITH you. There are three total employees in the office. Once we get on the phone with you or are in person with you, we give you our full undivided attention as well. Again I am very sorry to hear you had a bad experience with JAH as we pride ourselves on giving a good customer experience and will be working on improving that as we progress.
