SIXT rent a car Hartford

My arrival in Orlando was at 9:30 AM. When I ordered a car from Sixt to pick up at the airport in Orlando, there was a sign outside to wait for pick up. It took me a while to discover that there was a desk inside the airport for pick up. By the time I found the pick up area, it was after 10:00. I was told at the desk that the order was in for a 930am. pick up and a 10 o'clock am same-day return. No matter what I said to them, because it was clearly an error, they charged me over $800 for the half hour in which I never even got the car.  I would never recommend this awful place to anyone.  There is no way of giving less than one star, but it really deserves a negative 20 stars. The staff was rude and unreasonable.

Booked and pre-paid online for 6 days a SUV or similar ( 586$ )Got at this location in Fort Lauderdale....Big Sorry cause not have the type of car I booked forOffered me a convertible first at 286$ extra Called the manager and cancelled convertible for a Toundra Pick up at same 286$ extra....I needed a SUV for my work ( to put my stuff in a trunk secured Day after ; returned the car in Fort Myers and asked a refund for the remaining of location ( had to send ny request to customer service via email )Declined because I had a contract for 6 days ....They are the ones that did not fulfilled the contract ....On top  of it .... ..... received 2 emails in 2 days ...They tried to make me pay for 2 scratchs Lucky my : I had a video before leaving SIXT Fort LauderdaleIm renting cars roughly 5-7 a year ... Im 57 years old Worst experience ever .... Good luck with them !!!! And make sure to take a video before driving your cat

I did 2 reservations two months ago, one for a SUV and another for an economy car, got a phone calle yesterday from them telling me they are out of SUV, and they canceled the rsvp, then I got another call today saying they need to have a credit car on file to be able to confirmed reservation, I asked the lady how do i know this is not a scam, because the phone number she called was not even identified in the caller id, and she dare to told me that she did not have to take money from my card because she got paid more that what card balance was, this getti crazy lady is disrespectful and even dare to hang on me when i told her she was been rude, the crazy thing is that i called after to confirm the information with the place and talk to the manager he said it is how it works and i have no option if i do not provide mu credit car and they canceled my two reservations. Not recommended to anyone that do not want to have a hard time. Give 1 star because system do not allowed me to do none.
