Plimpton & Hills Hartford

Get a new receptionist. The woman at the front desk named Lisa or Linda is absolutely a disgrace for the front space of a business. I was visiting the showroom after a friend recommended it to me with my parents. The showroom itself was very nice and clean. I was able to help my parents pick out what they need for their new kitchen. But amidst our browsing, all you can hear is this rude/ cursing receptionist walking back and forth like she hates every customer who walks in. She doesnt greet you, and she is such a negative distraction. Everyone else in sales was extremely helpful and friendly. But i definitely do not see myself coming back to where the first person you see IN reception, acts rude and unprofessional. Plimpton and Hills, choose the face of your company better.

Honestly the slowest service I have ever experienced in any plumbing supply house and I have worked in 3 States. I will also add the majority of the people who work at the front counter are ignorant, apathetic, Or just plain incompetent. When you order parts they make you pick them up at the furthest door away and the parking lot is a disaster. I have been here multiple times and the service is consistently that awful, not an isolated incident. If you're looking for a good supply house try FW Webb or Winsupply.

Selection was very good lots to look at and choose from no question about it. Why I give it a 2  experience is because the people who waited on us treated us very poorly. Like we were bothering them. We did find something we really liked but they didn't want us to take home the piece to see if it matched like we're going to steal it and not return it. I'm not going back to this place again
