Had a great time living here over 2 years. The best part was Conrad, who really made the community so welcoming and warm. Whether it was saying hi to me on the street as I passed by or helping me fix something in my apartment, Conrad was always reliable and helpful. Will miss him a lot!

I'm not one to normally post on google reviews but I'm giving Oxcam a 5-star rating mainly for Conrad, the maintenance person. Throughout this year, he has gone above and beyond to accommodate all of my urgent and non-urgent requests, whether it be to fix something in the apartment itself or keeping an eye on my belongings during move in/move out. Truly one of the most kind and helpful people I've encountered in New Haven. Beyond Conrad, the location of this apt is great (basically on campus) with updated amenities. Only complaint is to upgrade the W/D... for an apartment this price, the laundry machines should not be using a refillable laundry card that only accepts larger bills

I lived in the Cambridge Oxford for two years and I had a great experience. The highlight of my experience there was definitely Conrad, the maintenance supervisor for the complex. Conrad was always available for any issues in my apartment and helped all of the residents out when we needed it. I'd definitely recommend the apartment complex to anyone looking.

I have outstanding living experience here, and a significant part was made possible by the incredible dedication and hard work of the maintenance person, Conrad. From the moment I moved in, Conrad was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition. His enthusiasm for his work was infectious, and it showed in the care he took in handling every task, big or small. He made me feel genuinely at home in the apartment. He was always available and eager to help, making every effort to address any maintenance issues quickly and efficiently. His professional and friendly demeanor turned potential stresses into positive experiences. Not only did Conrad excel in his responsibilities, but his vibrant and caring personality also added significantly to the community spirit within the building. His passion for his work and his dedication to the residents was apparent. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable living environment backed by dedicated and caring staff. Thank you, Conrad!
