I met Michael (one of the stylists there) at at really cute bar I used to go to near my house and Im honestly so glad that I went to go visit him at work! Such a cute saloon in the heart of new haven so you can also grab a bite to eat after! Over all I had such an amazing experience and I would recommend this to anyone whos looking for 5 star haircut also the way they shampoo your hair there is to DIE FOR!

I always had great experiences here until recently when I got a cut/color I didnt like. They attempted to fix it, and I told them I still wasnt happy. Spoke to the owner who was pretty dismissive and told me my stylist would contact me. I texted her multiple times but she never replied. Honestly, my feelings are hurt more than anything because I considered her a friend. Normally, I dont write bad reviews but I feel quite disrespected as someone who has gone to Rimage for a few years now.
Update: she finally replied after several days . Continued to try and convince me that this is what I asked for. Said she was angry at me for complaining.
No one ever reached out to me again to rectify. Seems he only replies publicly on Google

Friend had a bad experience, not only did not care to fix the problem, they decided to not respond and take down her post on google reviews with her personal experience. Bad service bad business practice. Would not recommend
