I love Salon Lulu, it absolutely is the hidden gem of New Haven. An intimate boutique setting with an upscale(yet unpretentious) hip NY vibe. The owners have impeccable taste and an eye for detail. The salon is immaculate -Rest assure you are in good hands. Ilda is the master lash artist. Her technique is flawless! She uses only high quality products and genuinely cares about the health of your lashes. Meticulous and attentive to detail..she creates the perfect look. IIda Carrapico is def a beauty industry "expert". Oh..and one of the most elegant, foxy stylists youll ever meet! Thom is the scissor magician. A master colorist and Dyson blowout champion. He has given many that ever elusive perfect haircut. note: If youre a musician,creative, retro-design enthusiast. Wait until you see the decorum. I have seen Thom twice and got best haircut I've ever had. I am never ever happy with past haircuts, and now that I have found Thom I will never go anywhere else. He is amazing!

Best salon in the area by far!!  I have been going to Thom for many years from when it was Studio 607.  Thom takes the time to do things right and really knows what colors and shapes work for people.  My cut and highlights always look natural and grow out nicely even if it takes me a while to get back.  You can trust him to polish you up and make you look your best.
