Im am so pleased with my new eyelashes! Very professional and at the same time I felt so comfortable that I fell asleep during the service. I was even able to get my brows waxed and walked out feeling like a million bucks. Definitely worth the investment. The Lash Studio is so beautiful and serene! It has a spa atmosphere. This is my new place to escape to! Thank you so much! Loved the experience here!

Yesterday I went to Mlash in North Haven. Please do NOT go there! The full set of hybrid style took the lash technician 35 minutes!! Normally a full set for hybrid can take at least 1.5 to 2ish hours.. while driving back home I didn't feel right. My eye lid was irritated and felt pinching when I blinked. I got home and examined my Lashes. I noticed that the Lash theartist at Mlash had done a terrible job. The Lashes were not applied correctly, they used cheap Lashes that were pre-glued, and worse part is that they glued it to the skin of my lash line! I immediately texted Lisa and she advised me to go back and have them removed. If I left them on for even a week it would ruin my natural Lashes. Long story short I didn't trust Mlash to get them removed. Lisa was kind enough to take me the next morning to get them removed and put on a full hybrid set. I was nervous about getting the Lashes removed because they were glued to my skin. Lisa was very informative of the whole process. She told me step by step of what she was doing. The removal process probably took about 30ish minutes. She made me feel comfortable and I felt that I could finally relax. Before she started to do my full set she asked detailed questions for example what style of hybrid I would like and length of Lashes. (Tech at Mlash did not ask me anything) . I told her I would like the open eye and shorter in length. She sanitizes all her instruments and hands at her work station before starting. About Two hrs later (not 35 min) I am soo happy and super appreciative of her services! Lisa had canceled her Sunday plans just to take me in. I am so grateful for people like Lisa who genuinely cares for people's well being. I love it here my nail tech was kind and gentle you can tell she enjoys what she does even when I walked in it everybody was so nice and welcoming Ill definitely be back
