        We have had this agent for years for our house and cars. Her voice mailbox is always full. She ignored my phone calls and text back in January when I was at the car dealer and needed some info. My husband and I decided to switch for the lack of communication and the large increase $$$ in our bill with no warning. We switched companies and our bill went down drastically yearly.My husband communicated to her that we no longer needed her insurance and we switched to another company buuuuutttt again, her voicemail was full and she ignored his text. Then today we checked our credit card statement just to make sure she didn't charge us this month and course there was a charge for $3,400. I called her several times, again no answer. Then I texted her too... Of course, no response. We called Farmers directly and they took care of refunding our credit card.
