Company is very unprofessional. Not a professional landscaper- just going through the motions. They dont understand that you cannot trim the grass to zero height with the trimmer in summer. Killing grass as fast as I can plant it. Today they didnt cut the back area? They said they only have 2 push mowers and one was broken so they will return another time to complete the job. This is thousands for an annual contract and they have 1 push mower to get into the smaller areas?? Wow- if you hire them- be prepared to cut the grass yourself. They are only good at cashing the check. Customer response- management was notified as they have skipped this area a few times before. Never returned. They only returned this time because I complained. So I guess you have to call your manager and complain to get proper service. My area only looks good because I fertilize and cut it myself with a manual push mower. I had a business and I would never show up without the proper equipment to complete the job. Something breaks- fix or replace immediately. Compex is riddled with crab grass due to trimming too low. Proof is in the pudding- come by and take a look yourself, Then drive into a Scinto property. They somehow get everything looking nice. Its not rocket science. Service: Landscape management
