        I went in for a simple manicure, I ended up waiting 30 minutes when I was told 10. I ended up sitting in the chair with the girl and she used the same tools unsanitized from the last client. She nipped my cuticle multiple times and then when she put the clear coat on it had specks of debris in it that were floating in her bottle she apologized and asked if I wanted to keep it on. I asked her to remove it and then she rushed to her next client. I left with uneven nails and my cuticals were still a mess! I will never go back.
