Im giving my five stars to monica maldonado she is very polite professional and goes above and beyond for the tenants i went about 3 days ago and she was very helpful and she cared she is not like the other people that work there you call and it takes months for them to get back to you so my five stars go to Monica you go girl you make the difference in this company and cor that comment under me shed a liar monica id very nice she actually gets things done

I've been with new horizons. Low-income program for a year. During this time i've had multiple issues With no one to address them when I call the main office. There's no answer when you call maintenance nothing gets Fixed and there's no follow up I've got electricity problems where it's ruined a few of my appliances. This has yet to be rectified I've spoken to the director the reception i've emailed them Still nothing. It's sad because I'm a single mom. Workfull time. I get no assistance, no food stamps, and here. I am just trying to make a decent living for my daughter And I'm living like I'm in poverty. When someone does answer their very unprofessional and they have no answers for you I'm very frustrated and unfortunately due to the fact that I don't make enough to pay $1200 rent. Seems like I have to deal with this for the duration until I can figure it out. Please be aware of these issues when dealing with this company. I am still currently in one of their apartments And still awaiting some assistance beaware of these type of situations , especially when you just need help It seems like if you're a minority. They just don't care if you're low-income. They just don't care. You're supposed to put up with whatever they put in front of you and it's unfair

I've been a tenant for New Horizons for about 16 years. I have many issues with maintenance, but i was never disrespected by a worker from that company. Yesterday Monica Maldonado(Receptionist) hung up in my face. She is very rude and not polite with the tenants. If you call to the office just know that you will not be greeted professionally.
