I had the pleasure of working with Craig Delgado for my rental needs . Not only is he a great commuter hes also very efficient. Hes always reachable and has no problem helping out in any way he can . We were able to secure my new apt within a matter of days and even after everything was done he still checked in and helped me out . If youre looking for a quality real estate agent Craig is definitely the guy for that. I would highly recommend him to friends and family and I look forward to working with him again in the future when the time comes . 10/10

My experience with Farnham Realty has been wonderful for the last 10 years. Im a client thats moving out my apartment and they kept the grounds really well and they really listened if I had any complaints and they responded quickly. It is a great neighborhood, although some of things are changing, but its still a great neighborhood and a great community. Thank you Aviva and Christine as well. They were very nice and helpful.
