Pat is the best Realtor I've ever dealt with. Extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. She helped sell our father's house. It was listed less than a week and got well over asking price! She was always responsive and provided expert guidance.

Pat was representing a client in which we purchased a house from. If you like a home that she is representing on the seller's behalf, be aware that she is not transparent. She failed to disclose the fact that the house was back on the market in which we had to find out from our own agent and some investigating. Lack of transparency and integrity is something that we dont take lightly considering this was our first home purchase as well as if we would have known prior, there could have been a deduction in the overall purchase price of home and or we would have reconsidered.

I hired an agent by mistake. She constantly threatened me with her real estate rule You will never have a second buyer if you ignore or pass the first buyer. The agent said its the first time happened in her agent career that I have a second buyer who offers me a full price. The crazy agent tried to scare away the second buyer and told me she was going to share the inspection report with the new buyer. She also said that the first buyer urged her to disclose the inspection report to the disclosure file. I called and texted my agent many times but she refused to respond. I would fire her and withdraw my property from the market if she dared to expose the inspection report to the new buyer. I feel I am bullied and treated unfairly. Im going to file a complaint to her boss. Its a hurrible experience that the hiring agent is not working for me but for the buyer.
