UPDATE: After months of daily phone calls, and texts, this company finally returned our deposit. It took us getting to the point of preparing for small claims court to be heard. It also took multiple Google voice numbers to trick them into answering our calls. They admitted they'd blocked our numbers and said they would continue to do so. I would not recommend living here, but if you do, prepare yourself to dedicate time everyday and legal work to make sure you get your deposit back. This business is not what they seem. Extremely unprofessional, and seem to be a front for something else. Our unit was not prepared for our arrival. It was extremely dirty and under construction when we arrived. After speaking to other tenants they were very unhappy and told us we'd made a mistake moving in. The owner, Levi Hecht, let himself into our unit multiple times without notice and walked in on me while I was changing clothes. After move-out the agency cut off all contact with us in order to avoid paying back our deposit, forcing us to hire a lawyer. Not worth your time.

Save yourself the hassle.  DO NOT rent from these people.  Moving in was a nightmare.  Moving out has proven to be a nightmare.  I still haven't gotten my deposit back despite leaving the house spotless after moving into a disgusting pit.  STAY AWAY.
