Its terrible how you reserve a sedan vehicle and and 30 minutes before the pick up time the call you and tell you that they dont have any sedan available and if you want suv they got u !!! Its really terrible how to reserve a sedan and they call u for a different option!!! I know what I reserve so do not try to treat me like Im stupid and offer me something that I dont want and never get what I want .u can keeo that option away .Timer wasted company and never trust their reservations again . Terrible Service.

Taylor and Randy are absolutely AMAZING! Very thorough and accommodating throughout the entire process. Made renting my pathfinder exceptional, and even walked me around the car; showed me everything; and included little cleaning and sanitizing agents inside the car itself for extra sanitation. Thank you again, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Shoutout to Randy for all the jokes and smiles as well! See you guys soon! BROOKLYN in da building!
