        The location staff were helpful. However the corporate practices are awful. Brief as I can be we were billed for free trial of internet, paid cash in full for phone purchases, yet want to credit us at end of year. Bought protection plans mid month yet were charged for full cycle. I am bringing these poor practices to the Att. Generals office among any other agencies that can review wireless companies practices. I hope those with similar unfair practices do the same.

        The team here are excellent . Great customer service Antonio and Khobe are very patient and explained everything to me and also transferred everything from my old phone to my new phone.

        Khobe was fantastic to work with! He might need a bit of help in the store as he was having to juggle myself and some other customers at the front. He was very helpful in breaking down my monthly cost and trying to get me the best deal.
