Td bank overall is bad. Im closing my credit card with them. They tricked me hard I even spoke to a supervisor on customer support and they wont rectify anything. I pay on time but they screw you over. Now with a late charge fee unjustly. Gonna pay it hard down with my two jobs and close their account. Im sticking with Bank of America which says something about this business. Ill pay my fake 106 late fee that I never occurs in any of my credit card and close it down. Stay away from this business.

Went into this brunch and was treated poorly. When making a deposit I was asked where I was employed reminder the money I'm depositing they used for loans and investments to make money and I get nothing but fees.I've been a member of this bank for 12 years ....( to know this makes me sick ) and this is now I'm treated. Tomorrow I will be no longer affiliated with this place.

I showed up at 4:30 to make a deposit and they close at 5:00. The security guard opened the door for me and there were at least 3 people inside working and they all just looked at me. I proceeded to fill out a deposit slip and a woman came up to me asking how I was able to get in. I said thru the door? She said our system is down but I can help you make an atm deposit. I put the pen down and walked out and said next time tell me before I come in. She followed me out and the security started making excuses and the woman followed me out. That was a great excuse, but The attitude is inexcusable. I dont believe the system was down, and I will not return to this bank
