        For stars ONLY because the lady at the counter was extremely friendly and kind to my four year old daughter and myself. Decaf coffee was like dish water, iced tea was made last year with a gym sock. I'm a loyal Dunkin person, Dunkin in general has gone downhill over the last year or so. Again, employee was very kind (was there around 4pmish on 05/05/2022. Please get this poor girl some assistance.

        My iced coffee had an egregious amount of milk in it -- you'd have thought I just ordered a cup of milk. This place is unfortunately understaffed and I'd hate for anyone's daily coffee to be the target of an employee's frustration with the company. Management needs to start properly staffing this area and making it a better place to work
