In Touch Craniosacral Therapy and Massage

Ive had pain in the center or my spine for over three years. One session, and the pain is gone. I am not exaggerating. My enter body feels lighter, no soreness, no pain. Definitely recommend.

Gail is amazing at what she does. I went to see her for fatigue and she was able to help a lot. I had a slight recurring pain in my shoulder and thought it was just from sleeping wrong. Immediately, Gail was able to identify exactly where I had pain without even putting a hand on me and the pain released. She gave me wonderful advice and I have been working hard to practice it in my every day life. I look forward to working with her more in the future.

Gail is incredible! I can't recommend her enough. She is exactly the kind of practitioner I have been looking for. I'm a bodyworker, too, and look for people to go to myself with top notch skill, impeccable presence, and that magical seeming intuitive insight. She really knows how to let the body speak and guide the pain away without forcing anything. She works on my 5 year old, too, and he adores her! I have chronic pain in my hip and low back from an injury and continue to have lasting relief since the first session. And it just keeps getting better. If you have unresolved pain or dysfunction, do yourself a favor and get in to see her immediately! Why suffer another moment?!

I'm writing a lengthy review because I wish I had seen one of these prior for infants. I brought my infant (4 month) son into Gail for torticollis and was hoping the cranialsacral work would also help with general neck and head strength. Physical therapy didn't seem to help very much. Prior to the appointment, I felt a bit nervous as to how the appt. would go (would he be crying the whole time? Do I want someones hands all over my baby? Would this even help?). From the moment my son was on the table and Gail started working with him, I trusted her. She was so in tune with his needs and I was shocked how calm my son became and how must trust he also seemed to have with Gail. She gives him breaks if he starts getting a bit fussy but he seems very comfortable for the whole session. After the first session, I saw minor improvement in his neck mobility... after the second session, I was SHOCKED. He is able to rotate fully on both sides and it's as if his body got kicked into gear in terms of his neck and head control- even his legs. This has been such a calming and positive experience and I would recommend Gail to any kiddos needing tension release (physical, emotional, etc.).
