The boy that looks like Mclovin from super bad has the worst attitude. He speaks with a condescending tone and you can tell he does NOT want to be there. On top of that I preordered the Harry Potter game in the store and no one ever called me to pick it up GREAT customer service Just download your games online its less of a headache and unpleasant experience.

Their hours aren't accurate. On Saturday they are scheduled to open at 11. I got there at 11:15 and waited until 11:30 with no signs of life. No wonder the company is failing, they can't even adhere to their own schedule

Usually I try not to call gamestop if I can help it, but was very lucky!! The worker who answered was very helpful and gave me great advice. I was turned off Gamestop for a while when they messed up my last preorder, and it got lost in the mail (it was eventually fix but it was quite troublesome). This time, everything was very smooth! I think his name was Raul, I definitely will be coming back anytime I need assistance or simply want to buy a game. But I will never preorder online again. Live and learn!!
