I'd give -5 stars if I could. I've never experienced such incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction until I dealt with Nordstrom. My fianc and I ordered a suit for our wedding two agonizing months ago, expecting Nordstrom's reputed service to deliver a quality product on time. Little did we know, it would turn into an absolute nightmare. From the outset, there were hiccups in the ordering process, but we shrugged them off, believing in Nordstrom's supposed commitment to excellence. However, what followed was a series of disappointments, excuses, and empty promises that culminated in our worst fears coming true. Despite repeated assurances and six check-ins on our order's progress, all we received were flimsy excuses and vague promises. It wasn't until the sixth check-in that Nordstrom finally admitted they hadn't even started working on our order. Can you imagine the shock and frustration of realizing that our wedding attire wouldn't be ready until May, well after our wedding date? Nordstrom's lack of communication and utter disregard for our special day is nothing short of appalling. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Nordstrom at all costs, especially if you have important events or deadlines. Their incompetence knows no bounds, and they have no qualms about ruining your special moments with their sheer ineptitude. We'll never forget the stress and frustration Nordstrom caused us during what should have been a happy time in our lives. Shame on you, Nordstrom, for failing your customers so miserably.
