Filthy.......and closes when they feel like it. Today was 7pm. Manager has a trash mouth. Cussing at someone for coming in the darn door. Who owns this place?

I recently made the mistake of stepping into this Dollar General and I immediately regretted it. Over the past 12 years of randomly going here, it's always been a junky store, but it's shocking what little improvement they have made in over a decade. The shelves were disorganized and items were strewn all over the place. It was impossible to find what I was looking for without sifting through boxes that look like last years shipment. To make matters worse, the customer service was appalling. The cashier was on the phone with headphones in her ears, having a full-blown conversation with someone with a line of customers! The manager didn't seem to care at all that she was on the phone, and helped a customer who needed assistance as he was waiting for the cashier to acknowledge him. The whole experience was just bottom of the barrel. I have never been to a store that was so poorly managed and disorganized. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere, because this location will make you understand why stores are struggling to compete with places like Amazon.

Need to be consistent with employees and keeping the store open at times. The unexpected closing is annoying and unprofessional as well also the employee's who should be at the register only to disappear without notice you practically have to be a "KAREN" to yell "Helloooo" to get someone attention to check you out. Much more could be said in a negative way but, anyway....also WARNING  be careful walking in between the isles it's definitely a lawsuit waiting to happen. Ur  welcome!

This store is the reason why DG is being sued. I own multiple franchises and wanted to see how others were doing. Dont expect the low prices you see marked to be honored at the register if the "manager" is present. They mark them up much higher once you are ready to pay and you will not notice until you get home. Futhermore, they stated the color coded dots that indicate sales and such mean absolutely nothing. For those that "penny" shop- dont bother going here. They keep these for themselves. As i overheard in addition to the employees and other management speaking poorly about their employees. STAYAWAYFROM THISLOCATION. Every other location is worth your while. Poor attitudes!!! My mission is to inform Corporate/everyone of ALL these reviews and issues. CLOSE DOWN ALREADY. We need upstanding business practices and owner's. And i hope you get sued for denying service animal's!!!
