Walgreens

Nice location with plenty of parking. Never usually crowded, but store was either out of several products in some areas or needed to be restocked. Only one cashier was on the entire sales floor, but was busy at the register with a line of five people. I needed help on the sales floor for an item I knew was in stock, but didnt know where it was on the shelves. One worker left what seemed like the break room (to clock out) and I could hear another in there. Having worked in retail for years in the past, it was not a good set up to have a young female be the only one on the sales floor with a line full of people. I ended up finding what I was looking for. Despite the lack of customer service (though the cashier was very friendly), I would return only because this was the only location in the county that happened to carry what I was looking for.

Ive been an almost daily customer at this location since it was built and it was a great store until the previous manager Rose left several years ago. Nothing is ever stocked on the shelves anymore. This store does have a handful of great personable employees but its no wonder they cant keep employees at this location given how theyre treated by management. Just recently I heard what Ill assume was a manager (Ella?) screaming at one of the employees. This is very unprofessional and completely unacceptable to do out on the floor with customers around.

Very sad they took away military discounts claiming they werent close enough to the base when all the other surrounding Walgreens within 5 miles has it. This store should be ashamed of taking away support for people who fought for this country. Hope the few extra dollars is worth it. Will never support this store again.

Waited in the pharmacy line for 15 minutes with only 1 person in front of me. He was at the counter forever because the employee serving him was incompetent...after 10 minutes, she needed to call another employee to assist. Finally, a 3rd employee called me up for checkout at a different register. She could have called me up long before, but she was vacuuming instead. Apparently, removing a few dust bunnies from the floor is more important than serving customers waiting in line. I think the only reason she called me forward when she did was because there were only 5 minutes left before the pharmacy closed. "Almost time to leave...let's get rid of these customers so we can get the hell out of here on time!."
