Very fast responses. The office picks up your calls! I got a visit and a quote on the same day! Fair prices and quality work-I've called for a variety of issues and they didn't try to upsell me or do unnecessary work for the items I was unsure about. My go to plumber in Middletown.

I had an appointment with Stay True over a week ago for an estimate to replace a shower valve and install a utility sink. The techs were 45 minutes late for the appointment, which is not great considering they had a 4 hour block in which to arrive. Additionally, nobody bothered to call to warn me that they'd be late. Instead, I had to call the office to see whether they were still coming. When the techs arrived, there was no explanation or apology, the simply entered my home without booties to assess the prospective work. More than a week later, I'm still waiting for the estimates I requested, despite having reached out to the company twice thus far.
