Easy access to service needed

I visited to open a checking account with Chase. It was my first time ever visiting this branch and it is not like a traditional bank with a teller bar and such. After being greeted by an associate and a short 10 min wait, I was taken care of by the banker Sotiraq who helped me set up my account and let me know all my options while seamlessly conversing with me. He was very personable and we got to know each other a bit in between going through the traditional paperwork in addition to going through my personal goals, while not being pushy at all with upselling any additional products - just let me know my options. I left with my new bank account being set up, and he ensured I had access to my account before leaving and going over ATM logistics. I appreciate Sotiraq's friendly and calm nature and look forward to visiting him and this branch again for any additional banking needs.
