        I have not personally hired or used them. However, I travel an area where they have crews working where it affects my job situation. They are the most professional, friendly and attentive group of crew workers I've ever encountered in my career. They are quick to keep traffic moving through instead of backing things up. They don't get impatient or rude either, and it doesn't matter who it is, what day it is or even what time. I wish they could be a model for all other construction companies.

HCI serves all of Delaware, Eastern and Northeastern Maryland, and Southeastern Pennsylvania. HCI offers new and exisitng roadway milling and paving as well as new construction of commercial and residential driveways and parking lots, milling and paving of existing driveways and parking lots, concrete repair and replacement, seal coating, and striping sevices.

      HCI offers free estimates, warranty, financing options and accepts all major credit cards. HCI wants to help you realize your project success with professional and quality service.
