        I just moved into the Carillon House and have been very grateful for Meriem's help and the ease of the leasing process. Everyone has been friendly, the apartment was recently updated and very clean upon move-in. Excellent service!

        Carillon house is beyond a simple leasing structure for obvious reasons : the lease agreement for the apartment process was smooth and a hassle-free experience specifically when your are foreign to the country and the culture. The terms are clear regarding rent, utilities, responsibilities. The pricing reasonable for the location and amenities provided. The leasing manager professionalism is to teach!! the staff at the front desk adorable. Carillon House is a home and a community

        I moved from Spain to Washington and I found Carillon House. Despite I didn't have American records (like the credit score), Meriem analyzed my case and gave me the opportunity to rent an studio. She was always very kind, showed me several units via videocall and helped me a lot during the entire process (she also lent me a router until I could have one to be able to use internet in my new house and offered to lend me a camping bed for the first few days). In addition, I arrived very late in my first day, but the 24 hours reception had everything ready (including some packages that I ordered for the few first days) and the apartment was very clean. In summary, my arrival to Washington was perfect despite my late arrival and the fact that everything was tramited from Europe. I'm sure that I'll recomend this building apartment if a friend asks me.
