I have been a very good resident for 6 year's and had a fire, they say faulty lamp, but probably outlet but they didn't secure my unit after fire and broke in and stole everything. Management unresponsive. Shameful! As a result of my being traumatized by fire and no help. I lost everything. The rental office would make me wait long time to get into my apartment to get my stuff and then say I had to go after no more than an hour. So I had no help and had to work so I didnt get most of my stuff out of my apartment. They had a yard sale of people stuff in lobby not long after that.

They finally came into my apartment to address some cosmetic stuff that I need. so happy that I don't have to move I love my apartment and my home.

WARNING False advertising! Clickbait! Don't bother applying! As of July 7, 2023, there are ZERO available apartments despite the information on the website Their website boasts of over 20 SPECIFIC AVAILABLE units, right down to the unit number (Example: Building #300_0010) HOWEVER!!!,,,, there are 00000 apartments available @ this time! I just spoke to a leasing agent several minutes ago who verified this. When someone shows your their true self, believe them! Look at the clues. If they're too lazy too update their website, that demonstrates how bad management is xdzlkhd

My mother lived Marbury Plaza for 8years and she stressed out by so call head management Tom Cole, who choose to unprofessionally rep. himself every time she's in rent office. She can't seem to get management to do anything thats needed in her apartment. They harass tenants about rent being due on first or they wont except tenants rent. When in the lease tenants have at lease a 5 day grace period from the 1st. When they do call their selves fixing something its half done or mix match. I know people who have moved because of poor conditions those who can afford to do so. Investigate and hire knew management. The apartments go down when the government allows so call management to get away with not doing the duties of well organize and respectful management! This management don't give a damn! about the elderly, seniors, youth, ect., Fox5 and News 7 should know about this also. Edit: My God how things come to past I thought I been post this. I wrote this few years back when Mr Cole was manager my mom no longer lives there Thank God and management continues to revolve until now
