        Customer service was friendly, but there is no bathroom available for use by clients conducting business inside the branch. Depending on whom you ask, the reason could be security or the pandemic even though there is an armed security guard inside the branch and even though the pandemic is over.

        BRAVO to Mr. Jermaine Lyn and the entire Chase bank representatives. The service today was top notch. You all made my day by greeting me with the correct pronunciation of my name, in which I give 2 circles and a snap(props to In Living Color). I had numerous of questions and they patiently answered them all. I left out the bank with everything I needed and more. THANK YOU..YAY TEAM

Bank representatives were amazing friendly and helpful .I was assisted by Mr. Jermaine Lyn Who went above and beyond in helping me open my new Business accounts .I didnt understand much about a business account but he took his time to make sure I understood everything about my new accounts .and I was grateful for his patience and kindness at Chase I felt like a valued customer.
