Chase Bank

Minimal effort expended by most of the staff. Majority need to be willing to find out how to conduct more than the most basic transactional services.

My sister went to Chase Bank on February 10th, 2024, to cash a money order. Despite providing all the necessary documents, she was subjected to excessive questioning and delays, causing her emotional distress and making her feel undervalued as a customer. It was disheartening to hear about her experience, and I felt frustrated for her. If all the required documents were submitted, why did the trained professionals at Chase still need to ask additional questions? Is there a policy that targets certain people to be interrogated? If so, Chase should include a disclaimer to inform the public that they may be subjected to further questioning even after providing all the necessary documents, based on the personal perception of a customer service professional at the place of business. I believe that Chase will take prompt action to address these issues and prevent anyone else from undergoing similar treatment. I believe that Chase understands the importance of providing exceptional customer service and will train their customer service professionals to be culturally competent in assisting customers from different backgrounds.
