Terrible experience. Scheduled a detail 2 weeks out, paid $70 upfront to schedule the appointment then received a cancellation notice 2 days before. Wrote and email asking for exaplanation, refund and reschedule - received no response. Called and left a VM and received no response. Seems like fraud.

The detailer didn't show up to my confirmed Friday morning appointment and would not pickup my phone calls. Horrible customer service for a company that advertises as being high end. My recommendation for anyone in the DC area is to avoid Georgetown SUDS.

The car wash is fine but they have raised their prices A LOT and it's hard to justify over $100 for a simple car wash. For example, an extra $40 for vacuum the trunk and wipe down well?  That should be part of what you get for $100!!  There has been some turnover so the old reviews may not reflect the current staff.  Prices are too high for what they offer but if price is not an issue then you will probably have a good car wash.  Also you need to pay for parking at the Ritz while you drop off the car.  Sometimes they validate, it depends on the service you get, be sure to ask so you don't find yourself paying an extra $20 or whatever for parking.

Pretty quick for not having an appointment; very communicative and accommodating, and great work. Definitely recommend!
