        Luxurious! The hotel is simply the best. The rooms are gorgeous, the Staff is respectful, friendly, and responsive. TASTY food. The in room service Staff are very polite and kind. I appreciate being able to completely relax in such a peaceful environment..it is a wonderful place to be.

        Internet literally didnt work for a vast majority of the time and nobody cared. Could never reach the front desk. It was like going back to the dark ages. Rooms are nice location great but if Im going to pay $400-$500/ night Id expect a to have internet.

        Beautiful hotel. Parking was a bit of a mess out front. Service at the desk and concierge was excellent. Bar was nice, outdoor garden area also gorgeous. Quick walk to the monuments, great views.

        What a disappointment.Having spent $1600 for our anniversary night in a junior suite we were so sad to see how lacking the hotel was. The lobby is under construction, they have a 4 foot roll up bar, restaurant is closed. And when we arrived at our room the headboard was torn. For the price of a Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons you are better staying off there.

        Only went for afternoon tea, but the service was great by all staff Food & drinks: The afternoon tea isn't on the level of England's, but the presentation and involvement by staff made the experience more joyable. ELSA was our waitress and she was OUTSTANDING!!! she engaged in conversation, gave recommendations, and talked about tea pairings. She had a very pleasant demeanor and encouraged us to come back. If I do return, I hope to have her again. Management should give her an employee of the month award
