Leonard Ellen is a great property manager for small and mid-size condo complexes. He keeps finances on track and responds quickly to the needs of tenants and associates alike.

Leonard is unprofessional and only cares about collecting your condo fees. If you live within the property that he oversees and you have issues such as package thefts and criminal activities inside and outside of your immediate condo building, he will not assist you. It will be left up to the renters and condo owners to try and fix it. Although he guaranteed to channel communications and resolve issues for all his clients within a timely manner; this is not the case. He does not provide quarterly financial integrity reports as he claims in his bio, you will only receive it at the end of the year for which is too late to question or investigate by the condo homeowners.

Linear is a great property management company. Leonard is super responsive, helpful, and fair. He gets things done promptly and has significantly reduced our costs.
