I live in 218 south arthur ashe boulevard, this the second time that I come homefrom work after working a 12 hour shift to a apartment that has no heat I have reached out to maintenance for help. This company doesn't care about its tenants. So uncaring about being 39 degrees outside and no heat in the building they made easy for me to decide on moving when my lease is over

This is the worst management company that i have ever had to deal with. The property manager act like he is concerned about the issues but that's not true. I have been waiting for them to paint my unit because it hasn't been done since 20012. I just got a decline notice for my paint because it was said that it wasn't needed but no one even came in to look at it, I've taken pictures of the unit. Now its time for me to contact The Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affair along with The DC Housing Authority. The corporate office is a mess as well. The Palomar Management Group is terrible.

One of the worst management teams Ive ever experienced. Ive had the same on going issue with my HVAC system since Ive lived here (July 2022). They were hired a few months after being here. They keep sending the same vender that hasnt been able to get the job done for months now. Me and my 3 kids have bronchitis/asthma, being in a hot an humid apartment causes these health issues to act up. Just has been nothing but an horrible experience and now they are upset because Im upset they arent getting the job done.
