Just FYI the store hours are wrong on google. They close at 8pm every day, theres a sign in the window with hand written hours and the sign says they close at 8pm every night. They should really update their store hours online. Otherwise this is a good store with a large plus size section. A little dis-organized but its a smaller Rainbow than most so they have to really pack the clothes in.

Online it say they close at 9pm I came to the store at 8:20 and they were close.Hours need to be updated

Returns are a hassle at this location and staff is unbelievably rude!!!
They me fill out paperwork over a $15 purchase for which I had the receipt. Then they complained they couldnt read my writing, so they asked me to spell every line on the sheet- letter by letter aloud. The process was already taking ridiculously long, so I politely pointed out that they could said my name aloud as written without issue and I dont feel comfortable giving my personal information aloud to the entire store.
Then this man came over and proceeded to SCREAM at me for over 5 mins- calling me a liar over and over again/ berating me. When I was nicely saying that their process is very strange, since Ive returned to other locations without having to do all of this and I dont understand the purpose since I have my receipt.
I do not feel good about the fact that this overly aggressive and unhinged man now has my personal information.
Bottom line: Staff made me feel wildly uncomfortable and unsafe, and it shouldnt have been this cumbersome to get my $15 back for something that I had a receipt for
