        This tax year was not a good year. I dealt with Michelle, who didnt exemplify very good customer service. I called her to ask her assistance for an online payment, and she told me she couldnt, because she was busy doing taxes. I have never heard of a professional refusing to assist a client before. I will NEVER go to her again. After that episode, I have dealt with tax professionals and the IRS only for them to give me the runaround. But with my persistence, I was finally able to get someone out there that was able to help me with my simple question. These days professional customer service is greatly lacking.
