This place is sheer awesomeness. One of my friends from school invited me to eat some ramen with my class after we graduated. The chicken broth, egg, noodles, everything was delicious.

My girlfriend and I decided to do a date night after months of staying in. After our latest visit, we felt it probably was a mistake to even try. Melting Pot used to be one of our favorite dining experiences, until this past outing. The venue in cooper city needs renovating badly. We could peak into the kitchen from our seats and the floors looked disgusting. Our server could not be found anywhere at any point- poor guy must have had the entire restaurant to cater to, or was just not in the mood to bother himself to check on us. I ordered a melting pot mule to kick things off...only to find my garnishment mint leaves were wilted and brown, muddled to the bottom of my drink. We were served dishes straight from the dishwasher, dripping wet and oily to the touch. The staff also apparently still do not know what vegan means well into the 2023. I was served mushroom ravioli as an option for the vegan experience, and it was clearly stuffed with dairy cheese. We opted to skip the chocolate, which was a first. We always do the chocoate, but after fail after fail, we couldn't bring ourselves tl stay any longer. The manager was kind enough to comp a few items off of our receipt for the night, but in hindsight he should have apologized by making our meal 100% free. Had I had a deathly allergy and been served dairy, things could have gone much worse. Luckily, all I got was a night of indegestion. You all need to educate yourselves and staff on dietary restrictions, or just say you do not know if something is vegan to avoid legal trouble or a health crisis in the future. We will just stay home in the future and cook for ourselves. Dietary restrictions: Uneducated.
