Terrible experience. They would come to you nicely saying that all will be fast and great and possible, until you sign the contract, then they just toss you project on a pending jobs tray and you'll wait for months before having your lettering, i was promised 3 weeks of lead time , which is long enough and we are on week 5, now they need 2 more weeks and that's not even guaranteed. We're are talking about 4 letters, not acceptable. Extremely expensive for the bad service, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE AND LOOK FOR AN HONEST AND BETTER COMPANY.

Ive had my graphics for more than a year and got a nice email checking in on me and asking if I had any issues. Ive had none. This is a great company. Ordering and design process was quick and easy. Product arrived when promised. Lettering is made of the highest quality material to take the harsh marine environment. Looks great, my boat stands out at night and I love the blue glow, matches my underwater lights. Highly recommend.
