How bad this service is given at this consulate. They never answer the phone When they answer, oh, a lady there seems to be in a bad mood and treats people very badly. You don't really know what the procedures are like and instead of helping or guiding you get upset and treat you badly. These people should change, they don't help at all, I remind you that you are here to help your compatriots, not to cause more problems, I I live 3 hours from Miami and I went because I liked it because they don't help at all.

Lack of organization. You step in and have to guess where they can assist you. When you finally figure out where you have to go, the workers are extremely rude and dismissive. They have no patience and are unable to explain simple things such as filling out a document. Horrible experience.

The passport photos are terrible with poor lighting, it seems like a dark room, I have asked for a correction. And they give me a new passport and this they say will be to send a memo and some consulate to sign and authorize other people there who had the same problem, that will be solved soon, do not wait for a memo and sign, God knows how long it will take for my previous passport to be already expired and The photo was clear, excellent, and the one they took of me this month of February 2024, terrible. If I take it to the airport, I know I'm going to have problems. I hope they solve it soon.
