        The movers did their job. All items were treated with care and they were amicable. However, from the moment I met the guy I charge (I will not share names) he proceeded to pull out the contract and started to look for possible set backs, then adding how, of course he was willing to overlook one or two things and then proceeded to show the tipping rates. Along the day I felt extorted with his subliminal massages about how he can always do this or that to help out the client. In reality, he didnt do anything outside of what the contract stated and was expected of him. When arrived at the destination he claimed the flight of stairs was not in contract. Everything always seem d to cicle back to some money issue so I had to pull Out the contract and show him he was wrong. When he saw I was upset, he stopped talking crap. I hired a moving company to alleviate the stress that already comes with any move. While all my furniture was handled with care and they did work diligently, I would not hire Ciao again, because overall it was very uncomfortable and unpleasant for me.
