City of Coral Gables Passport Acceptance Facility

It was my first time using this location and from now on I will only go here. The service was great! I went to renew my kids passports, if you're doing the same you will need to fill out an application for each child which you can do online before the appointment or in person at this location. I had to have my husband complete a consent form to allow me to obtain the passports for our kids alone, as he was unable to attend the appointment and both parents have to be present for passport applications for minors. If you use a consent form, it is important you remember to have the significant other SIGN the form in front of the notary, and to also have a PHOTOCOPY of the front and back of the ID they showed the notary. Making sure you have completed both of these will save you a return trip as it is the thing that most people forget. They will take the photo you need for your passport on site for a small extra fee which is very convenient. The staff here are very friendly and helpful, I highly recommend using this location.

I love this place. They are fast and helpful. We were 45 minuted late due to traffic and parking. They were kind enough to still take us in. It took 20 min. They are the fastest and best office in my opinion. Thank you all so much
