        It is disappointing and concerning that Kipu refuses to acknowledge and address a key missing safety feature for medication sign off. As a result we have been forced to compensate with inefficient and costly workarounds.

        As one of the largest companies that use KIPU EMR in Canada, it is unacceptable that key components of the software such as Lab Integration cannot be used in the Canadian Marketplace. In the last 3+ years as our national EMR, KIPU has been unresponsive in our efforts to coordinate a dialogue for a potential partnership with a national laboratory so that lab integration can be used.
