In a world where customer service is nonexistent I have found a place that still remembers how to make you feel special . Amber the store manager has gone out of her way on more than one occasion to help me locate a dress that I needed for an important event . Sales Associates do not push garments but listen to your needs . Sara has gone out of her way to bring me dress after dress while I am in the dressing room . She has even picked out several of my dresses that I would never have thought would look good on me . But her keen eye for style has shown me to trust the professionals . Ivana another associate has a pleasant nature , smile and no request is ever an issue She called me back the very next day on an item just as promised . Who does that ? I am greeted at the door with a warm welcome and selection is wonderful as well as affordable . Their sales are amazing . I encourage anyone looking for stylish garments to check out Windsor. They even have gowns and cocktail dresses which is what I come in for but I always have added jewelry, shoes and hand bags without breaking the bank. Because of these ladies I will continue to shop at Windsor in the Daytona Beach Mall across from Speedway.

Sarah saved the day as the last dress in my size had a damaged zipper. Sarah hand repaired the zipper and made sure the dress was perfect, all while I waited! I went in with no expectations looking for the perfect NYE dress, and was blown away by the customer service I received that made my experience pleasant and extremely successful. Stylish blingy dresses, more for a junior body size than misses or women. Nice selection, helpful and kind sales people. Nice accessories.

The fabrics are not comfy can't lock the fitting room from the inside have to get an employee to unlock it don't have multiple sizes noting is cute and employees are rude and disrespectful only there for the paycheck dirty floors

So very grateful to have found this store!! Tamia and Mia are so very helpful and went above and beyond to help us find a perfect dress for my daughter and even steamed it for us!!! Simply amazing! We will definitely come back!
