first of all, I did not want to post this, but I do not wish anyone else to stress out about training their dog. After 6 Training lessons and a lot of money, I still didnt know how to walk my German Shepherd properly without inflicting prong collar pain Which I did not until I got a second opinion, $350 for first/one lesson a terrible brutal experience I never wish to repeat on my dog, superior K9 Academy was a free evaluation, just two lessons from a new trainer Brian fromsuperior K9 Academy, I knew how to walk my dog properly Without inflicting prong collar pain and use the e-collar Properly Very happy with the results. Still working with Brian on other issues.

I started with Russell's K9 when my dog was almost a year old. He did not have any manners at all and was a terror. He thought everything and everyone was out to hurt him, myself, or my mom so he instantly went on guard. He thought he had to be the one who was in charge all the time and would not really let anybody near him, myself, or my mom (especially men). After spending time at many many classes, listening to what Albert said, and doing what he said to do in certain situations, Mavric now knows who the boss is and it is not him. He now has manners, most of the time but has to be reminded sometimes, but understands that not everything is out to hurt him. He is more curious now and just watches, gets excited, and listens a lot better. I would strongly recommend Russell's K9 for anybody who needs to be shown how to understand their dog's language better so you can communicate better with your dog and your dog can be your best friend. Albert can help you learn that language and teach you the level of hierarchy. Thanks Albert for everything you have done and continue to do for your clients, both 2 legs and 4 legs. Mavric really enjoys seeing his Mr. Russell!

I have a 3 year old female Doberman Pinscher named Tevy. I've worked with many trainers and K9 behaviorists throughout central Florida over the past 3 years and found that Russell truely stands out. Not only is Russell an exceptionally nice person and very easy to work with, I found that he possesses an extensive amount of k9 knowledge and experience. Although I do believe that more important than knowledge and experience is his level telent and ability to connect emotionally and bond with my girl Tevy. Russell, Tevy and I have been working together now for over two months and I can't tell you how impressed I am with our progress. We cant Thank Albert with Russells K9 Academy in Daytona Beach, FL enough. We sent our one-year-old Doberman Zeus to train with him from the end of June though the end of September while we were on holiday and WOW what a transformation. He went from a playful pup who was nearly impossible to recall when chasing after, cats, squirrels and pretty much any animal, car or person to an amazing dog who follows a vast number of commands. One of the greatest is Halt. He can stop on a dime with that and sits patiently waiting for his next command. One of the other things we are now able to enjoy is taking him on long walks, even in busy areas he follows commands and when you tell him Nope, he doesnt even look at the other animals. We have even enjoyed walking him off the leash with only his e-collar, which he greatly enjoys as well. Zeus also enjoys showing off when you ask him to place on top of an elevated surface. Overall we couldnt be happier with the results and are so happy we invested with Albert and are thankful for all the time he invested into Zeus who has become a great dog and friend.
