        120$ for a diagnosis?! Free everywhere else.. got the same info at a local mechanic for free. Declined services here after they quoted $1200 for a spark plug?? WTH is wrong with these guys? Are you hiring straight out of school without experience? Local mechanic fixed the problem in 15 min and charged less than 100$.. Seriously.. to change a spark plug. It shouldn't be legal to charge that much. And watch for the hidden add ons. I requested a printout and he said it would be in my email ... Once looking at that I saw why he didn't want to show me bc they were adding other work I didn't consent to being done.. just go to Karls Auto in Ormond. At least he's an honest and experienced mechanic.

        Very nice people with good knowledge of what they are doing. I would suggest dropping off your vehicle as it seems they are a little bit slow though. I would, however, be happy to use them again
