I lived at this condominium for 4 years. Everything inside the apartment was in brand new condition. If anything malfunctioned, the maintenance team would repair the issues immediately. The premises were always in impeccable condition. The staff is friendly, professional, detailed oriented and swift to act. I would highly recommend this condominium. It is close to downtown Doral and City Place Doral. The premises is safe and well guarded.

They tow cars and call the tow truck service for business. Those from the tow company pay the security people if their day expires and they are at the visiting station or at the apartment station. If your car is expired, they will take it away without Notify the apartment. It is a bad business in the office. They avoid it because they are involved. Bad service. In addition, bad service. When it rains, it floods, the cars are left behind. The animals do their business everywhere.

The management team is awesome. Cathy and Melissa address any and all concerns and the team goes above and beyond to help the tenants as best as they can.
