I have been a customer for 10 years but in the past 4 months i have been trying to call for service leaving countless messages with no response. No one answers. AVOID !!

I am a repeat customer of Melody and would whole heatedly recommend using them. Their professionalism, responsiveness, availability, technical knowledge and creative ideas are second to none. We are currently using them for a new construction project for Audio, Video, Lighting Control, Shade Control, Alarm and Smart Home integration. Throughout the project, they have consistently gone above and beyond and have worked closely with other trades, including mechanical and electrical to help plan, manage and ensure the best possible results. You can tell that they enjoy what they do. Overall great experience!!

I have had Melody do 4 jobs from alarms to RV installs and they were so professional. They showed the entire family how to work all the products they installed and the owner personally came out to inspect the job and that is professional service and a caring owner. I highly recommend this company. I assure you any question small or bog call the owner Greg.
