Let me start by saying how amazing it is to work with a realtor that is also a licensed contractor. I have bought and sold many houses in the last 20 years and my experience with Pablo was the best. It is like going to every showing with an inspector. Every time we looked at a property Pablo was able to tell me exactly what the problems were and how much it will cost to fix them. Do you realize what huge advantage that is for the buyer or the seller? We have put three well thought out offers and finally closed one. Now Pablo is working on the additions for the house. The appraisal came back 9% higher than my final price so I already have equity in the house and once Pablo finishes the improvements I will be looking at 20 to 25% equity in less than 6 months. Again I am going to let everyone in on a great secret "use a contractor that is also a realtor" you will win in the end. I will never buy a property without Pablo.
