        Rude and detrimental to small business. They will charge you for not filing quarterly after being told you can file annually. Misleading and not right to give penalties when there is no sales tax due. I would expect this from a State like New York, not Florida.

        I FILLED MY TAX ON 19TH OF THIS MONTH I WASNT LATE BUT THEY SEND ME BILL $50 PENALTY BUT PAID THAT PENALTY BUT WHEN I ASK ON THE PHONE IF $50 PENALTY WENT THRU OR NOT, lady yelled at me on the phone , we hardworking Americans DO NOT DESERVE THIS 3RD WORLD COUNTRY ATTITUDE ,WE PAY TAX AND THIS TAX DEPARTMENT TREAT US BADLY. YOU NEED LOWER YOUR VOICE WHEN YOU SPEAKING WITH HUMANS OR FIND GOT DAM OTHER JOB IF YOU CANT BE NICE
